We are increasingly perfectionists. Because we are increasingly focused on ourselves, our happiness at work is under pressure and we function less well. We are expected to keep working longer and to keep educating ourselves. And how do you learn best: When you are happy. In short: a focus on happiness at work ensures more growth for you, your team and your organization.

The great thing is that you can work on happiness at work, according to research from positive psychology. What can you do to go to work whistling? How can you support others to get the best out of themselves?

The purpose of this training is to learn how to increase your happiness at work and that of your colleagues. Why is happiness at work important? Which factors have the most influence on happiness at work? And which tools and skills can I use to increase the happiness of myself and others at work.

What does this training give you?

You become more aware of your own happiness at work and the happiness at work of others. And you will learn how to increase your happiness at work and that of others. At the end of the training you will receive a certificate of chief happiness officer. As a chief happiness officer you put positive psychology into practice. You share your knowledge and insights about working happy at work. After this training you are able to give workshops and inspiration sessions about happiness at work and to apply insights from positive psychology in coaching.

Often people think that success leads to happiness, but it works the other way around: being happy leads to success. Happy people perform better at work, are healthier, are ill less often (less burnout), have better quality relationships and are also more creative. Scientific research also shows that happy employees work better together and are more open to change. But what are the main influences on happiness and how can you manage this yourself in an unruly environment?

The Happiness at Work Index

The Happiness at Work Index is a measuring instrument based on the five factors of happiness at work: autonomy, personal growth, meaning, relationships and vitality.

The employees receive a report with their individual score on happiness at work and the five different pillars during the workshop. This individual score is not shared with third parties. This report contains an extensive explanation of happiness at work and the individual factors, so that the participants can use this explanation as a reference work during and after the meeting.

A team report can also be made with the scores on happiness at work and the five different pillars for the entire team. With these scores it is possible to see on which pillars of happiness at work the team can still make progress and on which pillar it is going well. Team advice is also added.

Anchoring

During the training you will work a lot yourself with exercises in which your practice is the starting point. You will also receive your personal result from the Happiness at Work Index. You will receive information and interactive exercises via the digital learning environment that you can use to work on how you can increase your happiness at work and that of others before, during and after the training.
