Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.

My passion

It is my passion to inspire people, teams and organizations to be the best they can be in order to achieve their goals. Since I was very young, my family moved between counries every five years and it made me approach people with an open mind. Constantly moving and growing up in a multicultural society has taught me to listen carefully, trying to put myself into someone else’s shoes. What I have learnt and what I have been trained and certified for – recognizing people’s behavior and how we react upon it – I want to share with others to enable organizations, teams and individuals to grow, both personally as well as professionally to achieve the best possible results.

As a trainer and coach, I provide people with insights into their behavior and beliefs so that they become more aware and effective in the way they work together. I believe that together you can achieve so much more than alone – as long as it gives you pleasure and energy.

My expertise

‘It always seems impossible until it’s done’ – N. Mandela

My 20 years’ experience as a business manager in Multinationals in various countries helps me anticipate and to have a flexible mind, so I can assist both management and employees with their questions.
Sometimes the things that you have always done do not seem to work anymore. Because you have new growth ambitions for example. Or as a company you have seen exponential growth which calls for a new and different way of working. And sometimes people and teams just get stuck, and a fresh set of eyes can offer the necessary insight to move forward.

As a trainer and coach, I am happy to assist you by offering reflection, the development of new goals and the mapping of the journey towards these goals. Are everyone’s talents, ambitions and needs met and utilized? So that they can be themselves, do what they love and what gives them energy herby being of the utmost value for the team and organization. In my job I help employees, managers and teams to open the discussion in a constructive, focused and result-oriented manner. So they become conscious of both their effective and ineffective behavior to achieve their (combined) potential.

I do this for both Dutch as well as Multinational organizations, in which my lifelong experience in dealing with and enjoying cultural differences comes into its own.

My style

Clients and colleagues experience me as a good sparring-partner with strong listening skills, who dares to ask critical questions and with this enables individuals and teams to reflect on their behaviors and the impact it can have. These skills combined with my can-do mentality and enthusiasm helps me get the job done.
